CJC-1295 No DAC (also known as Modified GRF 1-29 or Mod GRF) is the tetrasubstituted GHRH(1-29) analog without the Drug Affinity Complex modification. Unlike CJC-1295 with DAC, it does not covalently bind albumin, resulting in a plasma half-life of approximately 30 minutes. This shorter profile enables controlled pulsatile GH release studies without the extended elevation produced by the DAC version.
